As runners, we are people in motion. Sitting still is reserved for finish lines and happy hours with friends. The last few months have been an experience unlike any other in our lives. The nation and world are facing a pandemic and we are relegated to our homes, races are cancelled, and trails & parks closed. We encourage you to keep practicing social distancing and comply with your local authorities. We are resilient and we will get through this!Â

VOLUNTEER
If you really want to go to the beach or go on a group run…DON’T! If you want to leave the house and be productive, search for your local food bank. They are looking for volunteers!Â
