Rated 5 out of 5 by from Portable Hydration Perfected!! Bought two of these for a trail run that was long enough and got enough to require a supply of hydration, but just short enough to not need a vest. These worked perfectly, providing the fuel my body needed, molding to my grip seamlessly, allowing my focus to remain on the highly technical course. From the harness, to the capacity, large opening, and bite valve... you can’t beat this item for hydration on the go!! Will most definitely be purchasing more for the rotation.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from LEAKS! Great hand held except for the bottle. The pouch and comfort and shapr are all fantastic. The lid leaks non stop, it is nearly impossible to get a leak free experience. I have found when it is really hot outside I can get a decent seal but for the most part it just pours water out. I actually ran with a plastic bottle of water from the convenience store in the sleeve today because I just couldn't take it anymore. Sometimes the lid will even just pop off completely when you squeeze it. The blast cap is also terrible and I ended up putting an older nathan lid on the bottle which actually leaks less but still leaks. I have now ordered a bottle from another brand to put in this Nathan sleeve which a friend has done with great success. This is my third and likely last Nathan handheld, I don't know why I keep coming back because the just can't get the bottles right, I mean all I want is for half my water not to spill out before I even take the first sip, is that really so hard? Otherwise the handheld itself rocks but I suppose that doesn't matter if it won't hold water.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love it I love the bottle. The drink valve works well, and I like that I can push it in like a normal push-pull cap to lock it closed also. The pocket is perfect size for me, with a few separate compartments to organize gels, keys, and trash separately. The strap is easy to remove for cleaning, feels good, and seems durable (disclaimer - I haven't had it a super long time yet). When I'm sweating a lot and switching hands, the receiving side of the strap does tend to buckle under the main strap as it grabs onto my hand while sliding through. I pinch the strap and pull it out each time, which gets to be a bit annoying. Not a deal breaker though. The bottle and strap feel good in the hand while running I'd also like to see insulation as an option. I put the insulation sleeve from a similar size amphipod on this and it fits perfect. It helps in the Texas summer, but also helps prevent ice water from numbing my hands when weather starts to get cooler (I still like to run with cold water in the winter - and gloves aren't always needed in Texas winter runs).
