Rated 2 out of 5 by from I don't recommend it Well, my first one last me 3 weeks before it breaks where you put the USB cable. I've manage to get a new one at the store where I bought it. It lasted me longer, but the same thing appended again, it just breaks at the same place. I don't recommend it and will not by from Nathan in the future…

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not well made I really like the hands-free design of this flashlight and I have enjoyed using it. Unfortunately, I just had the same experience as others have - the charger snapped off when I plugged it in to charge after a run. My husband took the flashlight apart to see if he could repair the issue. The charger port is attached by only 2 tiny, weak solders and he said that it's no wonder it broke. He's not able to repair it. For $30 I expected a better quality product. Since I'm not the only person who has had this issue, it would be great if Nathan could address it in the manufacturing process.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working after a couple uses It was great when it worked. I only used it a few times. I am not sure if this is a USB charging issue or what. The light comes on when it is plugged in but stays red and will not come on. Waste of money!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Zephyr 100 LED Light Nicely though out for a runners flashlight. The light is very bright and has two levels of brightness plus strobe. It is not waterproof, but it does have a cover over the charging port making more or less water resistant. The wrist strap allows running without having to grasp the light. You MUST hold the on button for at least 3 seconds for the light to turn on. Having a flashlight in one hand and a water bottle in the other hand will limit access to fuel or other items, just something to think about (safety vs. comfort).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very expensive disposable After about a month of use, the charger top broke off. It was a holiday gift I didn't start using until the following autumn; I have no receipt or any idea where it was purchased. It will not charge or completely turn off; reviews here make me think a lot of these are winding up in landfills.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Same issue as others - charging port broken I bought this in October or November from my local running store (it is now March), and just went to plug in, only to find the proprietary end of the USB plug broke off into the light, and now the device won’t charge. The device holds a charge for quite a long period of time, so considering the number of times I’ve needed to plug it in since I bought it (maybe half a dozen?), this is extemely poor quality in design.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Love the light, but the charging port broke I bought my Zephyr Fire 100 for trail running and absolutely loved the light. The design was perfect for my hand and resulted in very low fatigue - even after 20+ miles. Unfortunately, the charging port dislodged and fell into the handle and I wasn’t able to pull it back out or have it repaired. I am a huge Nathan fan, but am disappointed that the charging port is the weak point of this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Night Runs The light is bright enough to see in front of you. The flashing light in the back helps cars see you. I pair the zephyr with a light spur for added safety. The only minor issue I have with the zephyr is that sometimes when I'm running I prefer to place the strap between my pinky and ring fingers to get the angle of the light on the ground correct. But overall its a great light for running.
